- Gentle hand-washing in cold water is recommended.
- Dry clean for best results.
- Do not use bleach or other harsh cleaning agents, as they can weaken or discolor the fabric.
- Stick to gentle detergents specifically formulated for delicate fabrics.
- After washing, do not wring or twist the fabric forcefully, as it may stretch or lose its shape.
2. Drying and Ironing
- Lay down the fabric on a clean towel and let it air dry to prevent stretching and deformation.
- Iron on lowest heat setting, using a cloth or press-cloth to protect from direct heat.
- Allow the fabric to dry completely before wearing or storing it.
3. Storing
- Fold the fabric neatly and avoid creasing it too tightly.
- Place the saree in a breathable storage bag or wrap it in acid-free tissue paper to protect it from dust and insects.
Other:
- This is dyed fabric so the color may bleed while washing but this will not fade away the original color.

Local Deliveries:
Unstitched orders: Your order will be delivered by our trusted courier partners such as PostEx, Leopards, TCS, etc. Typically, it takes 4-5 days for unstitched orders to reach you. Rest assured, we strive to deliver it as quickly as possible.
Stitched orders: For stitched orders, the delivery time may take up to 3-10 days. However, it often takes less time for us to complete the stitching process and get your order to you.
International Deliveries:
We ship internationally through trusted couriers . The delivery time will vary depending on the destination country. Usually, it takes under 15 days for your order to reach you, no matter where you are in the world.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to accommodate your needs as much as possible. Please take note of our simple cancellation policy for both local and international clients:
For Local Clients
Cancellation Timeframe: You can request a cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order. Kindly reach out to us via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram and provide your order number for quick processing.
Cancellation after Dispatch: If your parcel has already been dispatched (which typically occurs within a day), a cancellation fee of Rs 200 will apply.
Please note that cancellation is not possible for International Clients.

For Local Customers
Faulty/Different Product If you receive a faulty product or an item differentfrom what you ordered, kindly provide us with pictures of the issue. Once ourteam assesses the fault, we will coordinate a pick-up with you and send you thecorrected order within 72 hours.
Change of Mind
If you decide within 2 working days after receiving the parcelthat you no longer want the product, we will refund the payment to your bankaccount. However, please note that if you return the product without any valid reason (e.g., personal preference), you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees for both the return and the initial delivery. Once we receive the product and assess its condition, we will process the refund within 7 days.
Please note that the change of mind policy does not apply to stitched articles and if any article is bought during sale or on clearance.
Stitched articles can only be altered or fixed if there is a problem from the brand's end.
For International Customers
Faulty/Different Product For international customers who receive a faulty product or an incorrect item, once you show us the faults through pictures and videos and we verify them with the tailor, we will promptly ship out a replacement product or issue a refund. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Change of Mind Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for international customers.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item. Here are the details of our exchanges policy
For Local Customers
Exchange without Reason If you wish to exchange a product for no specific
reason (e.g., size or color preference), the shipping costs for both the return and the exchange will be borne by the customer. Please initiate the exchange process within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Exchange for Faulty Product If you receive a faulty product, we will coordinate the exchange free of charge. Kindly provide us with pictures of the issue, and our team will arrange the exchange process.
Note We do not accept exchanges on our stitched articles. Stitching can only be fixed or altered if there is a problem from the brand's end. We don't accept exchanges on our stitched articles OR articles bought during sale or clearance
For International Customers
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for international customers without valid reasons.
